Colloquial term for a court-mandated tracking device commonly known as an ankle monitor.

Nickname applicable to anyone that uses political protests to converse with and or otherwise openly flirt with and meet people of similar political leanings.

Did you see the other side of his "No Kings" sign? It said "witty slogan" and he was chatting up ALL the ladies -- never seen such a shameless Protest Whore.
