Lactophogus

A small extra stomach that exists in all genders except the cis-male. It is located between the spleen and the appendix. It’s purpose is to allow the individual to order and consume desert when already stating, and believing, they were full.

Dad: “What do you mean you want the ice cream flight? You just said we ordered too much food.”
Daughter: “I told you before, I have an extra stomach made only for desert.”
Waitress: “That’s correct, it’s called a Lactophogus. I and all my daughters have one.”
