1. Can be used as a reference for the person your talking to.

2. a statement of disbelief.

1. John: Bro, I was dragging with pigs last night.
Eric: Atta bay, you must have been dreaming bro, cause I
was with you most of the night.

2. Eric: Yo man, caught this huge fish man.
John: Atta bay, your all plarque.
