If some one is insanly annoying, usually you find cancerous people online, and they are usually betwen the age of 11-14. These are the people whom blow into their mike when they join a call. They exist in a loot of forms, some are just annoying, others just don’t know what humor is.

Cancer is a when someone is more then a bit annoying. Like people who give their mic when they join a call, or that does NEVER leave you alone when you want to be.
