While intoxicated under the influence of alcohol or marijuana; a period where an individual must remain calm, (acting sober) then pass through or complete a task/necessity where a thorough and/or serious conversation/period of communication must be completed to continue on with one’s current state of inebriation and their plans as they had intended.
