PS stands for Plus Size(d). It can be used to desribe many groups of people who are overweight (plus size) and shop at places like Woman's Dress Barn, Avenue, Lane Bryant

PSP - plus size person
PST = plus sized teen or toddler
PSW = Plus sized woman

etc.

Look to the left PST. Probably should lay off that McDonalds she's stuffing down her throat.
