1- any substance that one would view as gross, nasty or putrid.
2- a substance so horrible that if you got it on your hands you would possibly dry heave and vomit.

While I was unclogging the shower drain in my apartment I got some fujimana on my hands that looked and smelled so bad that it almost made me pass out.

the nasty headache that you get after a night of drinking a lot of red wine.

If you hear somebody complaining about feeling like crap after they admit to drinking many glasses of red wine on the previous evening. You would tell them that they have 'big head red.
