Grollygone

Grollygone:-
The moment you sneeze (or cough), and you see something fly out, catching on the light, but you dread to see where it landed.

At a concert, you try to stifle a sneeze, you miss it, something flies forward on the shoulder of the lady wearing a black jacket..that's a grollygone!!
