A generic mobile phone, usually from a Chinese manufacturer, so-called because of its boot screen consisting of the word "WELCOME!" in some form or another.

I used to have this cheap welcome phone I bought off Wish but it died on me all of a sudden.

1) To restore something back into its original form instantly; 2) A cheat in Grand Theft Auto that does the same job. Pronounced as he-so-yam.

1) My little brother broke the washing machine, so I tried to hesoyam it. 2) I was running out of health in GTA, so I decided to hesoyam my way out of the mission.
