1) A synonym for metrosexual or fag. 2) Used to express extreme distaste for fasion and other pop-culture bull shit.

eg.1:
Man 1 "Hey man you want to go shopping with me?"
Man 2 "Fuck no do I look like I'm wearing a faggy pink shirt?"

eg2.:
Woman "Did you hear about Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston? They br----"
Man "Fuck off I ain't got no faggy pink shirts!"
