A sex worker with ideas above her station primarily employed by guys with insufficient personality out social skills to get a girl own their own merits. Someone who describes themselves as an escort or a call girl, rather than the hooker that she is.

Couldn't get a date then? Had to resort to bringing a poshtitute to the party.

boneless banquet

A sexual encounter that isn't completely satisfying but wasn't too bad. I.e. activity took place but there was no penetration hence "no bone".

Jon : How did you get on with that bird you picked up the other night?

Jim : Ah it was a boneless banquet but she can suck for England! Soggy fries though.
