1. A barrier that separates man from God.

2. An organization created to intimidate people, or to be used as a scapegoat for man's own delusion.

Religion is just a group with a set of man-made dogmatic teachings which causes people to become deluded. Dogma does not get you to Heaven. Religion was never inspired by God. It was only inspired by man.
