An un-trained, non-communicating, highly-criticized individual, who keeps his day job working at Foot Locker, and moonlights by working on the national stage as a replacement NFL referee -- all without having to change clothes.

On the last play of Monday Night Football, the Foot-Locker-Fill-Ins made their presence known and shafted the Green Bay Packers.
