Man, I always thought Sam must be a popular guy because he's always wearing his earpiece, but I found out he's just a 'Tooth Fairy.

An acronym for "Leave On During Sex". Also known as Fuck Me Boots. Tall sexy boots, or high heeled footwear suitable for being left on during sex.
