Murder Nap 

When you're so pissed off, you force yourself to go to sleep to prevent yourself from killing someone or breaking something valuable out of impulse.

After dealing with error after error for hours on end, I had a murder nap to make sure I didn't throw my computer out the window.

Self-restraintive. Whatever one might do after resisting their initial urges and taking time to consider their options for personal, moral or objective reasons.

Maybe instead of picking fights with everyone you meet, you could try being more positive.

Self-indulgent. Whatever one might do without thinking twice about it, even if it causes harm to others.

You hurt their feelings, you jerk! Why do you have to be so negative? Just because we were all thinking it doesn't give you the right to say it to their face.
