Chief Nephew Officer - The title of someone who is hired into an organization at a higher management level than their skill or experience would warrant just because their uncle owns the company.

Peon #1 - “Now I know how he got that job”
Peon #2 – “Yeah, he’s the CNO. Wish I had a rich uncle who fostered nepotism”
