The hazing of people leaving a group, as opposed to joining.

When my co-worker quit, there was some serious reverse hazing; we don't expect him to ever re-apply.

When something happens automatically, but in a very bad way

This program that the last guy wrote autotragically "cleaned" all the users' data; you can imagine how that went over.

When water tastes like it comes from a pool, such as city water that is unfiltered in a restaurant

It's obvious that this restaurant doesn't filter their water because it tastes pooly.
