The most powerful being in fiction. At his fullest potential longcar could destroy everything(yes every thing they will be nothing left just blank space all the stars, planets and universes are gone) he could just create a rift and in the rift a time paradox. At it's most he could just become a sun and create it's own solar system and get rid of the time rift (could control everything at 1000% power)
