Free-Rider

Someone who obtains something without effort or cost.... Really? Really? ☝️ That? Why is that such a problem for you?

Hym "Why is the Free-Rider thing such a problem? If I don't need to expend a lot of effort to obtain something; why should I be compelled to do so? You know, their is this meme that is a clip from an anime that I haven't seen and there is this character (likely the protagonist) who says 'I don't know why everyone hates lazy people so much... We didn't even do anything.' And I can relate to that. Is that what this is? It's too easy for me and needs to be made arbitrarily difficult? Why? Why be an obstacle? And how are you going to meditate that process? Like, it was too easy for 'Catch me outside girl' to become famous. All she had to do was tell Dr. Phil and her mother to go fuck themselves. Bam! Free-Rider. Has a rap career that is predicated on her initial unearned fame. A million dollars. And what constitutes 'effort?' I don't know that I could explicitly write dialogue for a show if I tried but I can write dialogue in relationship to a topic and the dialogue is broadly applicable and can, therefore, be used in a variety of different settings. There is no reason for me not to be credited and, in a just world, I could be paid for it. Just because I'm not in the right place at the right time or I don't have the means to do something does not mean that I shouldn't be credited for my contribution.
And that's another problem if have with you 'I put myself in a position to be here' types. Did you? Did you really? I'm sure some people did but does your outcome DIRECTLY coincide with your INITIAL plan for success? If the answer is 'No' then, no. You didn't set yourself up for anything. If your plan was to be the world's best carpenter and you somehow end up being the most famous K-pop singer AND you are surprised by your our success; you did not set yourself up for anything. You were 'working hard' and then some stuff happened. And now you are doing a thing that makes more money than your initial plan, is objectively less difficult than your previous endeavors, and you have the fame to go along with it. That isn't setting yourself up. There is a disconnect between the hard work and your outcome and, shit, how to I put this?.... What you're doing is obfuscating the relationship between the former and the latter through a sort of conceptual slight of hand. For example:

Intended outcome

/
Hard work-------Neutral/Perpetual/Failure

\

Unexpected outcome
Where do you fall? 👆 Here is not what the words 'Setting myself up for success' mean. So, what constitutes a free-rider?"

To have a crime committed against you. You've been crimed.

Hym "I'm starting to think that someone close to you has been crimed. Maybe a daughter. She's been crimed. And that's why you're so militant about getting young men to 'bare their responsibility to behave ethically.' Because if they were doing that then maybe the old kiddo would have gotten crimed.
Now's my chance! I'm on top of the world and nothing that isn't beautiful deserves to exist! Ha! Delicious! You're the beauty guy! You're the narcissistic Kira archetype and he saw it before I did! That man is seriously a genius. I wish I could thank him because he has given me more than I could have even dreamed of receiving. And you know what? I'll say the same about Todd. Even if he meant it as a slight I'll overlook it because Limitless the series was great and he is great. But I digress, you're the beauty guy. Which makes the kid that shoots you with the red arrow your son... aaaaand... The ugly guy who got a bunch of work done is your daughter (🤣 Which I'm sorry about.) Hilarious. But that's what I think this is about. Somebody got crimed. You're transferring that onto me because I'm a 'free-rider' who is both 'brilliant and terrible.' You were even talking to young men and, therefore, your ideology doesn't stem from a genuine desire to help young men. It stems from fear and contempt of unscrupulous men who border on psychopathic. And that's why you cry. It's not that you feel bad for young men. It's that you feel bad for yourself. Because narcissists can cry. Crying a lot isn't a sign of agreeableness. Hilarious!"

What you are not. What is referencing me supposed to do for me? Nothing. Useless. "Not justifying it! Just explaining it!" Like, what the fuck is that supposed to mean? And not the quote in and of itself but the fact that you are doing it in reference to me. What is that supposed to me to me. Yes. I understand that you are reading this. Crediting me with the fruits of my labor would prove that you are not better than me. Which is exactly why you are not doing it.
Hym "Oh, and I almost forgot to mention (well, not really 'forgot' but I wanted to sit in this for a while) remember the other week when I had some guy behind the counter of a gas station say the name of the last restaurant I was at before he even address the fact that he was ringing up my purchase? Well, that same night I had a pair of kids (looked maybe 16-18) pull up next to me as I was driving, get my attention, the passenger either flipped me off or point up to the sky (either 👆🖕), and then they sped off, and honked their horn 3 times. That's shit isn't normal. If that shit isn't insane to you then you degree is as meaningless as your book. Famous YouTubers referencing me also isn't normal but is slowly becoming a common phenomenon. That's not helpful. It's so not helpful that it suffices to say that it seems intended to be the opposite of helpful. The former is going to continue happening regardless of how hard I work. And if you want me to 'be normal' then that is no longer an option. A 'normal' does not have to tolerate this. Therefore, I will not tolerate this. If the bus driver can't be reasoned with and he refuses to turn the wheel; if don't need to let him drive me off of a cliff."

Aw did you include Iam in your book?
Hym "Aw, did you include Iam in your book?"

Iam "Really? That was nice."

Hym "Doesn't detract from the thing he's doing."

Iam "I know...."

Hym "But yeah, that Tao part sounds like us."

Twitter again

Hold on, imma leave some space here so I can use both boxes if need be...

Hym "So... what constitutes 'normal?' I suppose, if you're a professor, normal discourse involves the students listening to what you have to say, doing what you tell them to do, and respecting their betters or they'll be ejected because 'I don't tolerate disrespect in my classroom.' You exchange niceties with your colleagues and maybe engage in some intellectually stimulating conversation or debate... But it always remains civil and, if it doesn't, you always have some sort of recourse (even though the dialect being wielded against me leaves me with minimal/no recourse and Dr. Jeepjorp actively engages in it and is perfectly fine with it) and you never get told to go fuck yourself...
He wants to make the world a school! Ha! That's fucking hilarious! Look, he thinks there should be a buy-in to engage in the public discourse (like a student at a college) and that those with ethos (the teachers) should hold more sway over it. That is wild! That's the endgame! The real boys and the puppets! Hahahahahahaha! Nuts. You're fucking nuts man... Hooo... How does not just devolve into free speech animal farm? And you could say 'Well, you have to earn ethos' but 70% of your peers (people with similar ethos) disagree with you. The discourse being controlled by those with higher authority is exactly how we got all the self-censorship in the first place. That's just Chomsky, man. The dregs have a responsibility to remain passive and obedient in their solipsistic gardens of Eden while the golden restructure the world at their leisure or discretion. Too much logos? Who needs rationale? You can just restrict the discourse so that only those who can afford it can speak. Jesus Christ man... 🤦 I was hoping it was the former and not the latter (if you know what I mean). Twitter Again.

If Twitter is insane then it lends some credibility to my whole "Schizophrenic horde" thing doesn't it? See how that works do you?
Hym "I'm sitting here, thinking to myself, and trying to reconcile Dr. Jeepjorp's position on Twitter. So, Twitter is insane because it doesn't follow the rules of a face to face interaction... Because, in a face to face interaction, the threat of violence would cause people to self-censor and prevent them from saying anything too offensive... But you don't have a right to not be offended... Self-censorship is bad... And using violence in response to words is wrong... And threats of violence are wrong... And if I'm more capable or willing to commit violence I have more of a right to say egregious things (in a might makes right sort of way) because I will 'win' the violent altercation... Hmm 🤔..... There's a lot to unpack there... I might run out of characters... Well, let's see... It sounds like he's trying to reconcile my family's dialect with the behavior of the broader community... Which is hilarious! But you're an idiot. That's not how that works. But that's the second time he's said that (and I'm paraphrasing) 'If your family has a dialect that's incongruent with the collective language then you're insane'... Shit, ok, so how do we define 'insane?' Well, we could take Merriam Webster and say 'Not normal or healthy in mind.' Sure. But what constitutes normal? You know what? I'm running out of space. Ok, hold on, this is going to take a minute... Just... Just gimme a sec, hold on...." 🤔☝️

"Da" instead of "the" guy

.........Who could it have been???
Hym "Hey, anybody else remember "Da" instead of "the" guy? He was on here for a while and he always replaced the word "the" with "da" and would write every night (almost as much as me). Remember that guy? He was one of the few guys who was always active. Him and the Cajun guy were the most notable. I wonder who "Da" instead of "the" guy could have been 🤔 Dr. Jeepjorp Peepeestones? Huh? Want to weight in? Who do YOU think "Da" instead of "the" guy was? Hohohohoho! Wouldn't that be a plot twist, huh? If it was Dr. Jeepjorp. I doubt anyone but me remembers. Not a lot of OGs on around that time... Vote section is closed to me now so I wouldn't even know if they are still active. I think I remember a pretty hardcore red pill guy as well.... Nobody making any movies or anime series about them, are they? "Da" instead of "the" guy.... Hmm... Wonder if he knows who he was dealing with yet... I wonder who he was... I wonder how he's doing... Good? Bad? Probably a little of both..."
