One that ineffectively vents an angry position and is easily trolled. The responses get angrier and less coherent as they channel the derp side.

With every response Derp Vader floundered and sputtered into an incoherent diatribe.

Tantrumist

An individual or group that conducts a "protests" in an area that is not targeted on that which they oppose. Using a similar tactic as terrorists to target the civilian population in general, just in a non-violent but childish way.

"That darn tantrumist blocking me from going to Chipotle. That'll show me for shopping at Walmart"
