1.group of ghetto kids, also referred as hood rats that somehow get into the gang banger lifestyle.

2. word that slip out when people are high and say stupid shit

Average Joe: yo man who was at that party the other night?
Bret Bystander: idk man just a bunch of hoodbangers.
Average Joe: hahaha wtf?
Bret Bystander: ah i ment hood rats.
