A tweeble is a person who does stupid things but is actually an intelligent individual that can just be a bit slow on the take.

Me: Hey Joe you heard this joke? Two blondes walk into bar, you thought they would have seen it!

Joe: eh what you on about?
Me: Eh.. you're such a tweeble sometimes...
