A pedophile for a clown. Hisoka is an anime character from a popular anime called "Hunter x Hunter". And he simps- well simps isn't the word- he 'likes' Gon which Is another character in the show.

Bruh.

"Bruh" is a very commonly used word amongst teenagers and/or children. It's a good response to pretty much anything.

It is also used as a short term/slang for the word 'brother' or 'bro'
