Internet slang for something that was risky and rather foolish. A thing that someone or something did that was risky to do and pointless. Something not worth the risk.

A person who consistently makes foolish or unintelligent decisions; someone lacking common sense or basic understanding, describing something that is particularly foolish, nonsensical, or lacking in logic; something that is outright dumb.
