Dookie Bandit

An unknown or mystery person who leaves shit streaks, floaters, or clogged toilets. Dookie Bandits usually has a favorite toilet spot to conduct his/her business. Dookie Bandits make the janitor's job that much more degrading.

The Dookie Bandit left his mark on the toilet bowl again.
