Someone who indulges in conspiracy theories even when the theories are clearly false, an easy to fool person who will believe and regurgitate said conspiracy theories even with logical lack of evidence usually with the purpose to satisfy their egocentric agendas, a gullible person for sure. Usually get their information from he-said-they-said sourced sensationalist videos found all across the world wide web. This type of person says things like "judgement day is coming soon" every time some major disaster happens such as bad weather, a celebrity releasing a risqué musical video, or a politician passing a law that goes against their views. Often when asked for sources know that their sources are so bad that they will leave the conversation or simply say do your own re-search, which for them means to watch an echo chamber of conspiracy videos.

In some cases politicians who have no logical responses for the shameful acts they commit, engage into creating conspiracy theories about their opponents in an effort to use the Wokie population against their opposition. Since wokies are easily manipulated with anything that scares them and hold a hive mind echo chamber, they can be used to the service of that politician. I.E. Donald Trump and all his supporters.
Mark is such a wokie, he believes and repeats even the most loosely made up conspiracy theories when his preferred politician loses, he even went as far as to raid the capitol hill on the basis that the politicians were responsible for how miserable he is.
