skenker

A person who is similar in nature and looks to that of a tramp. Someone who dodges soap and deoderant and often looks like they have clothes on that Oxfam threw out.

PERSON 1: "Shall we sit at that table beside him?"

PERSON 2: "No way he's a skenker!"
