When someone (usually a boy) starts to like a girl that gives and/or gave them some attention, but the sad truth is the girl didn't even like him in the first place and now this someone has caught feelings and this usually happens to people who can't control their feelings.

Person1: aye, what's up with dave? He's acting weird around Sarah over there.
Person2: oh dave, he's just acting pussy dumb.
Person1: oh better pray for dave then.
Person2: yeah I feel sorry for dave, he can't help being pussy dumb.
