Always finding ways to blame someone or something else for your piss poor choices you make in life

John is the king of blamecasting, he thinks it's the cops fault he's in jail just because he was the one caught robbing the place

Sam keeps blamecasting those red light cameras for his being broke after having to pay all those fines showing him running through them when they are clearly red
