Shottie

A home-made instrument most commonly used for the intake of Ganja accompanied by tobacco. Consisting of a metal tube (for the conveyance of hashish smoke) inserted into a bottle containing some water, the shottie's popularity is limited mainly to Devonshire, it's assumed place of origin, and North West England.

"Let's go for a smoke! Take your shottie with you."

Torbay, Devonshire, twang for the state of being under the influence of Ganja to the point of near-coma.
