Verb: Controlling a certain section of the prison, jail or other similar type of building used to house convicted criminals.

Reporter: So what were you doing during your incarceration?

Former prisoner: I was just always running the deck no matter where they had put me.

Karen

A woman, usually middle aged, who thinks she is entitled to anything and everything. They also believe they have the right to do whatever the hell they want to whomever they want, whenever they want, wherever they want, however they want for whatever reason they have, whether it is rational or irrational. A narcissistic bitch.
