Tazzer 

A gun that shoots hooks that latch onto people. The shocks the **** out of them.

Cop: Grab the tazzer, we got a runner!!!
(Tazzer shoots the hooks into the un lucky person and shocks the **** out of them.)
Runner: AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! You shocked the **** out of me!
