pun intended

An expression to clarify the use of a pun in a previous statement. Most often employed when a speaker does not trust his audience to recognize the pun on its own.

A pun is its own reword (pun intended).

scotter

A scooter with a jet engine on the back - after it has ploughed into the side of a mountain because it could not steer or brake at that speed.

- Where's your scooter dude?

- Gone, it's a scotter now.
