Meaning : want something but don't want to have to wait for it.
Why wait for what you want ?

Examples:
I cowain't to go see you so be there at 1pm on the dot.
I cowain't to get that tattoo so I'm leaving now to get it.
I cowain't to taste those tacos , give them to me now.
