Term used in Puerto Rico for a British male who likes to go off and sulk when on the losing end of an argument. Plan's are also very effeminate and like the color pink. They are not however racist.

Joe: That Elton John is such a diva.

Deg: He is worse than a diva, he's more like a plan.
