A euphamism for any kind of sexual act, wherein lingo for typical movie-goers substitutes language normally associated with whatever sex-act is being talked about.
"Hey man, did you catch that Sharknado marathon on TV last night?"
"Huh? What are you talking about?"
"Well, let's just say I was going through the TV guide, and decided to invite Caroline to come and watch Sharknado."
"Whoa, seriously? Nice! Up top!"
