Phonescape (silent E ) the act of pretending to talk on ones cell phone to escape or avoid an unpleasent person or situation.

I phonescaped on my way into the supermarket to avoid the solicitors.

Instant Piss Off

An IPO would be the water hose getting kinked, and now you have to walk all the way back around the house to unkink it. Anything that causes sudden annoyance.
