Woo Banga 

A blunt of Marijuana laced with Cocaine or Crack Cocaine. Often smoked by the urban cutties, "Woo Banga's" will give you two types of high. A mellow high from the Marijuana, and an eerie alertness from the Blow.

Smoker 1: "Dude, this Woo Banga is kickin my ass!"

1.Adj. Someone who is stingy and rude. You can often find stibbies trying to get something from you when they were just being an ass hole you you.

2.Adj. Bastard.
