a person who does not have to proven to be a person who is insane or backward and his shape is not appropriate and is sexually or romantically attracted to people of the opposite sex because it is immediately evident upon brief exposure to them

If you just look at that guy over there you can tell that he's an autohetewili because he has an insane look on his face, has three arms, and is kissing a woman.
