Common Melbourne (Australia) name for someone who has some kind of retardation, or is just extremely stupid. Usually has no idea what the heck he is doing. Half the time he can't even spell his own name! Very commonly Italian, thus adding to their stupidity. Got any more recipes to steal from Asian countries? *cough cough PASTA IS FROM CHINA cough* Also, very racist and patriotic. Ugly as fuck though :/
