A serious but curable condition in which a person has not had pizza to eat for an unacceptable, extended period of time.

Farfilosis 

Somewhat of a generic term to describe any ailment (typically gastrointestinal in nature) you may be having at the time. Often used in conjunction with "blowhole", as a combination that just sounds good together to complete the sentence.

Dude you don't look good..... you look like you're coming down with farfilosis.
