A person that lacks required academic qualifications or general smarts of any type.

Example #1: Friend 1: Bob didn't get into Harvard?

Friend 2: No his marks were too low and he failed the interview!

Friend 1: Oh...poor guy was lackademic!

Example#2: Despite being lackademic, Kim Kardashian has done quite well for

herself.

To be negligent and ignorant at the same time.

My manager forced me to perform diagnostic procedures on patients while the imaging camera was working intermittently. He was acting neglorant.
