Nooging is just the anal version of gooning. Much like with gooning, nooging is the act of reaching masturbatory trance state, achieved while spending hours pleasuring your prostate.

The word comes for the term "gooning" but backwards.

A: Yo, where's Nathan? Wasn't he supposed to come with you?
B: Yeah man, Nate said he'd come to the party but he's MIA—you know what that means… he's probably wrist deep in his ass again, nooging all night long.
