Lemon Cream Pop 

The result of freezing urine in a penis shaped ice mold, carving out the inside and filling it with semen, freezing that, then refilling and refreezing the tip. A woman (or man) can then suck upon said "pop" until they reach the gooey inside. Additionally, one can use the "pop" to perform simulated coitus, causing the thawing of the ejaculate inside the vagina, resulting in pregnancy.
