A girl who has bags under her eyes and runs around screaming like a Chicken. Usually the bags are so long, it looks like flapping wings.

Kyle: Did you see Kayla today?
Melissa: yeah, you mean the JennyBag? She’s been screaming like a chicken all morning. It’s so annoying.
