UFO's 

Unidentifiable Fried Objects. Usually referred to by servers of English school dinners as "Crispy" or "Extra crispy" fried eggs, if we students called them burnt we would be denied "afters" (desert / pudding).

Buck up, its UFO's today pray we get fruit for afters.

To quit something, eg: cigarettes, job, course, a sport.

Person 1: Are you coming to footy training.
Person 2: Nah, I'm goin' to have to Jack it in, work changed my roster.
