CiCi's Syndrome

The sickness that one experiences after ingesting the 5.99 CiCi's Pizza buffet where one cannot even make it out of the building before shitting on ones self.

Wayne: "Hey man lets go to CiCi's I have a Groupon!"
Corey: "Nah Son, fuck that! Last time CiCi's Syndrome hit me so hard with explosive diarrhea I thought I had macaroni pizza running down my leg!"
