Refers to a situation, event, person, object, or any general thing that is in every shape and form beyond repair. At no point is said thing salvageable, and if by some miracle it was, it wouldn't be worth the effort one would go through to salvage it. It's fucked solid.

A phrase used with near lethal sarcasm that refers to a situation so fucked up that it rises above conventional phrases. Like, utterly fucked.
