A person who uses Twitter to tell riddles and jokes.

1) "Hey, did you notice how Charlie and Sam always tweet riddles?"
"Dude, I know, they're Twiddlers!"

iltwitterate

In an attempt to set up a Twitter account, I quickly realized, much like an illiterate personal cannot read or write, that I cannot tweet.

When it comes to tweeting, I am clearly iltwitterate, and not able to follow my friends.
