Nolan 5

A Nolan 5 is a punishment of 5 pushups that one must do if called by another person for having done something very stupid or making a very bad joke.

If someone says “That’s a Nolan 5” you must do 5 pushups on the spot.

Promotion juice

Promotion juice is an alcoholic beverage (usually straight Jaegermeister shots followed by a bottle of Becks) designed to enhance ones self belief and give them an enormous amount of courage. First discovered in 2010 in Amsterdam by a handful of event promoters who would down a few shots then hit the streets promoting with an enhanced feeling of confidence often resulting in more sales.
